Associate Consultant (Part-time)
P.E.R.K. Consulting is  currently looking for an Associate Consultant. The Associate Consultant will play a vital role in supporting external clients and internal business initiatives; perform related duties as required.

Specific responsibilities and duties include utilizing project management tools to create program standards, outline goals, delegate tasks, and evaluate success of program; provide program development consultations for nonprofit and small business clients; prepare or assist in preparation or proposal for funding for clients and company; may also initiate fundraising efforts for organization; develop relationship with prospective clients, partners, and community organizations; assist with facilitating trainings, workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications; and assist the Business Developer in identifying and implementing internal business initiatives.

Requirements include strong organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong writing and oral communication skills, strong and professional interpersonal skills; and knowledge and previous consulting experience.

Minimum Qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree and one year of relevant experience, or Associates degree and three years of relevant experience.

Program Development Intern (Part-time)
P.E.R.K. Consulting is looking for a motivated Intern. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented,with a strong, expressed interest in working with small businesses or nonprofits. The Program Development Intern will provide assistance with communications and outreach, marketing and development while maintaining a positive attitude and professional interaction with staff, volunteers and clients.

Specific responsibilities and duties include working with an Associate Consultant in creative brainstorming sessions around marketing campaigns, assisting in the production of high-profile campaign materials by exhibiting proofreading skills and conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy, keeping the consulting and program development team on track by updating production schedules and performing appropriate follow up to help the team meet deadline, using MS Office skills to create and maintain office signage, and performing project-specific market research

Requirements include strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Publisher and PowerPoint, ability to multi-task, thorough in follow-up and follow-through, strong writing and oral communication skills, strong and professional interpersonal skills, and general interest in and understanding of marketing.
