P.E.R.K. Consulting (P.E.R.K.) is built on the conviction that our growth and success is a direct reflection of the extent to which we help others succeed.

After much thought and planning, we began operating in 2012. Today, we provide program development and capacity building support to nonprofits and small businesses, and facilitate over 40 personal and professional development workshops for youth and women each year.

In 2013, we launched the NextGen Scholarship Program. The scholarship program was created for international students and non-citizens who come to the United States with the hopes of obtaining higher education to create a better life for themselves and their families. It is a local (Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia) scholarship program that provides one annual award to a qualified and outstanding high school senior or a current college student at a two-year or four-year college.

The good news is that the word about P.E.R.K. is spreading and we are providing much-needed services in the Washington DC area. Over 80% of our clients are “repeat clients,” meaning they liked our work the first time and decided to renew their contract. The “bad” news is that capacity is an ongoing issue! Recruiting and maintaining quality people who are committed to our vision costs money, and so does advertising and equipment.
